KanisaCrafts enables online verification and authorisation of payments through three payment services: PayU payment gateway (www.payubiz.in) and through PayPal (https://www.paypal.com). KanisCrafts is a Verisign secured site with 128 bit SSL encryption.
- The following payment methods are accepted through PayU payment gateway:
- Credit Cards: Domestic and International Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
- Debit Cards: Debit cards issued by most of the major banks.
- Net banking: We allow net banking transactions from nearly 50 major Indian banks.
Note: Your billing amount will be shown in Indian Rupees on the payment gateway. This is equivalent to your order value.
International customers can pay from their PayPal account if they have a PayPal account. They can also choose to use their credit card to pay if they do not have a PayPal account. This option is not available to Indian residents as per RBI regulations.

At KanisaCrafts, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner.
Processing Your Order
We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 5 business days to ship goods out of our warehouses. However if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.
To calculate how much time it will take you to receive your merchandize, please add the shipping times given below to the 5 day order processing period.
Delivery Methods, Times And Cost
Within India - 3-5 Business Days
A single flat rate of INR 99 for orders below INR 1000. All orders above INR 1000 qualify for free shipping.
International - 4-6 Business Days
A single flat rate of USD20 for orders below USD 100. All orders above USD 100 qualify for discounted shipping.
Customs & International Shipping
All of KanisaCrafts orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across India to your provided shipping address via India Post. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
